Key Responsibilities:

1. Electric Vehicle Fleet Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and operation of Travel-UKCabServices’ electric vehicle fleet. Coordinate vehicle acquisition, charging infrastructure installation, and fleet logistics to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.

2. Charging Infrastructure Development: Develop and implement plans for EV charging infrastructure deployment, including selecting optimal locations, negotiating agreements with charging station providers, and managing installation projects. Ensure that charging infrastructure meets the needs of our EV fleet and supports future growth and expansion.

3. Vehicle Procurement and Maintenance: Manage the procurement process for electric vehicles, including researching available models, negotiating purchase agreements, and coordinating vehicle deliveries. Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for EVs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

4. Driver Training and Support: Provide training and support to drivers on the operation, maintenance, and charging of electric vehicles. Educate drivers on best practices for maximizing range, minimizing energy consumption, and optimizing driving efficiency. Address any concerns or issues related to EV operation and provide ongoing support as needed.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the EV fleet, including energy consumption, charging efficiency, and vehicle utilization rates. Analyze data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions to improve fleet efficiency and reliability. Prepare regular reports on fleet performance for management review and strategic planning purposes.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing electric vehicle operation, charging infrastructure installation, and environmental sustainability. Stay informed about evolving regulations and industry best practices to maintain Travel-UKCabServices’ leadership in sustainable transportation.

7. Customer Education and Engagement: Educate customers about the benefits of electric vehicles and promote the use of EV transportation services. Provide information about charging options, environmental impact, and cost savings to encourage adoption of sustainable transportation alternatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, sustainability, or a related field preferred.
